Sulu Sultan calls for ceasefire
Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram III gets emotional as he announces a unilateral ceasefire from his house in Taguig City on Thursday. Kiram denounced the continuing military operations even as the United Nations called for a dialogue and an end to the violence.
