Images: The devastation in Maconacon, Isabela
MANILA, Philippines - The town of Maconacon, Isabela was the area worst hit by Typhoon Juan (international codename Megi) when it pounded Northern Luzon last October 18.
The ABS-CBN News team led by correspondent Jeff Canoy reached the isolated town via Sky Patrol on Friday.
