MANILA, Philippines - A "Louis Vuitton" condom designed by Georgia Republic architect Irakli Kiziria has gone viral on the Internet, with several netizens asking how they can get their hands on the so-called luxury rubber.
The condom, embossed with the initials "LV" and packaged in a wrapper that resembles Louis Vuitton's signature Monogram Canvas design, is priced at $68, The Huffington Post reported.
The amount is said to be enough to buy six 12-packs of regular condoms.
The Huffington Post said Kiziria is not affiliated with Louis Vuitton, adding that he has designed the condom in collaboration with Design Provocation as a design project.
Kiziria and his team are planning to launch the pricey rubber on World AIDS day and donate proceeds to the Foundation for AIDS Research.
