K-pop group 2PM's Nichkhun joins Bench
MANILA, Philippines -- A member of the K-pop boy band 2PM is now in the stable of the local lifestyle brand Bench.
Nichkhun Horvejkul was introduced on Thursday by Bench as a "GlobalBenchSetter" via a behind-the-scenes video of his photo shoot showing him wearing items from the brand's clothing line.
The 24-year-old singer-rapper, who is part-Thai and part-Chinese, is one of the six members of 2PM.
His announcement as a Bench endorser came just days before the boy band's March 2 concert at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Horvejkul joined the growing number of international celebrities who endorse Bench.
"GlobalBenchSetters" include Filipino-American R&B singer Bruno Mars, Joe Jonas of the boy group Jonas Brothers, K-pop group Super Junior's Siwon and Donghae, and Australian actor Liam Hemsworth.
The local brand's most recent recruits include "American Idol" season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez, Korean superstar Lee Min Ho and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
