MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) -- Filipino blogger Bryan Yambao, more popularly known as Bryanboy, has begun taping for the upcoming season of “America’s Next Top Model.”

“Rise and shine! Excited to tape another episode today!” he said on Twitter on Monday.

The fashion blogger, who has relocated to Los Angeles for “America’s Next Top Model,” also posted photos of him with people who are part of the reality show, such as model Rob Evans.

Supermodel Tyra Banks, who hosts “America’s Next Top Model,” has also met Bryanboy on the set of the show.

“Chillin’ with Bryanboy on set. I noticed how gorgeous his eyes are. The shape is divine. Must smize together soon!” Banks said on Twitter over the weekend.

It's not yet clear what Bryanboy's role will be in the show, although it has been widely reported that judges and mentors J. Alexander, Jay Manuel and Nigel Barker would not be returning for the 19th season of “America’s Next Top Model.”

WetPaint Entertainment, citing a statement sent by the CW television network, said Bryanboy will be joining "America's Next Top Model" as a "social media correspondent."

The inclusion of Bryanboy in the cast is seen to improve the show’s online appeal, Agence France-Presse earlier said.

Considered one of the world’s top fashion bloggers, Bryanboy has been placed on the front row of major fashion events such as the Milan Fashion Week.

He counts Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and designer Marc Jacobs among his fans.

Pinoys in ‘Top Model’

Bryanboy is not the first Filipino to be featured on “America’s Next Top Model.”

Designers Francis Libiran, Michael Cinco and Oliver Tolentino have been chosen as featured designers in previous episodes, with model-contestants wearing their creations.

“America’s Next Top Model” also aired a photo shoot featuring actress Anne Curtis wearing Libiran’s creations.

Model and VJ Georgina Wilson, meanwhile, appeared as a guest model and stylist in the 17th cycle of the show, representing local clothing brand Bench.

Banks has also worn a Rajo Laurel gown in an episode of the hit fashion reality show.
