WATCH: 5-year-old spoofs 'Frozen,' 'Amalayer'
MANILA - A clip of a 5-year-old girl spoofing a memorable song from Disney's "Frozen" is now making the rounds online, drawing attention to earlier videos of her singing and acting with the help of her mom.
In the 30-second viral video, Shawn Crab is seen singing about "suman" (rice cake) near a door to the tune of "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?", as inspired by the musical scene from the animated film.
Shawn is a daughter of comedienne Cheena, who co-starred with Anne Curtis in "Kampanerang Kuba" in 2004. Their family is now based in San Francisco, California.
For a time, Cheena and her daughter starred in an eponymous, self-produced web series, which showed glimpses of Shawn's talents.
The video of Shawn spoofing "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?" is only the latest shared by Cheena on her social media pages.
A clip of Shawn taken in 2012 shows her imitating "Amalayer girl" Paula Jamie Salvosa, the student who became controversial after a video of her berating a security guard went viral.
On Instagram, Cheena also shared videos of her daughter dancing and in candid moments. One clip even shows them doing a skit about doing a "number two."
