MANILA, Philippines - Soon, you can rant or rave about a government agency via a feedback mechanism easily accessible to everyone. Presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda announced Friday that every government agency will have a feedback mechanism.

But the government will still study how best to do this. They may consider requiring each government agency to open a Twitter or Facebook account, for instance.

The goal of having the feedback mechanism is to have the government agency have a way to directly hear and address the complaints of the people.

To date, only a few government agencies have a feedback mechanism. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has its i-Reklamo mechanism on its website, while the National Telecommunications Commission has an online complaint form.
