MANILA, Philippines - The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), which is usually closed on Mondays, will stay open on July 12 for the Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival and Competition.

Scheduled for screening on Monday are the following competition films:

Meanwhile, Gregorio Fernandez' 1960 film "Kung Ako'y Mahal Mo," which is part of the LVN retrospective, will also be screened as an exhibition film on Monday.

Other short documentary films will also be presented -- "Documen-Tary, Buenavista" by Felino Tañada, Cinemalaya film "Sanglaan" by Milo Sogueco, and "Anacbanua" by Christopher Gozum.
