MANILA, Philippines - On its 14th year, the Kumbira 2010 food festival at Cagayan de Oro City once again gathers Mindanao-based chefs for one big delicious feast.

The chefs cook and serve their best dishes at this much awaited food festival. ("Kumbira" means fiesta or food festival.)

There's a Chef Wars exhibition where the chefs try to outdo each other for the most delicious and most visually attractive food.

Aside from cheering their favorite chefs, visitors can also appreciate the sweet cakes all lined up at the entrance of the exhibition or watch the bartending exhibitions.

The event is supported by the Cagayan de Oro Hotel and Restaurant Association (COHARA).

"Please do enjoy what we have to offer here. We have trade exhibits. We have competitions. We have seminars. Please join us," said Joanna Yu, COHARA president.
