KC Concepcion bares skin for mag cover
MANILA – Actress and television host KC Concepcion showed some skin on the cover of a health magazine.
Wearing a green bandeau and a fuschia skirt, Concepcion graced the cover of Women’s Health Philippines’ October 2013 issue, where she shared her secrets to staying fit.
The magazine also featured the Kapamilya star doing a headstand while wearing leather leggings and heels, and doing yoga.
Concepcion was the first-ever cover girl of Women’s Health Philippines.
“WH’s first-ever cover star KC Concepcion makes a comeback in our October fitness issue!” Women’s Health Philippines said on its Facebook page as the accompanying caption for its newest magazine cover.
Concepcion is no stranger to sexy cover shoots, having done daring covers for men’s magazines such as Rogue. Earlier, she was tapped as the calendar girl of the liquor brand Tanduay.
In an interview with The Philippine Star newspaper last year, Concepcion revealed some of her diet and fitness secrets.
She said she has not been eating meat for the past 12 years, turning to vegetables and seafood instead. Her usual breakfast is hakaw, or Chinese dumplings stuffed with shrimp.
Instead of turning to procedures such as liposuction, Concepcion said she regularly does Zumba and Forma sessions at Plana Forma. The exercises draw inspiration from yoga, Pilates, dance and the internationally acclaimed Physique 57 fitness system.
