Known for her portrayal as Thai superstar Mario Maurer's "love team" in the popular film "Crazy Little Thing Called Love," Baifern Pimchanok is reportedly scheduled to visit the Philippines in late October for her commitment as Penshoppe's latest endorser.
In early October, Penshoppe, in its official account on micro-blogging site Twitter, posted an image of the Thai actress with Maurer, dubbing them "Asia's most popular love team."
Pimchanok joins Maurer and other big-name stars from around the globe -- Hollwyood actor Zac Efron, British boy group One Direction, American TV stars Ian Somerhalder and Leighton Meester -- as the local clothing line's internationally renowned brand ambassadors.
The Thai actress' possible visit to the country will coincide with the promo period leading up to the premiere of Star Cinema's romantic-comedy film "Suddenly It's Magic" on October 30.
Pimchanok, according to Penshoppe, will make an appearance in the Erich Gonzales-Mario Maurer flick.
In "Suddenly It’s Magic," Maurer portrays a Thai superstar named Marcus who flies to the Philippines to escape his busy career. Here, Marcus crosses paths with Joey (Gonzales), a romantically jaded Filipina baker who is bound to spark "magic" in the boring life of the Thai celebrity.
Directed by Rory B. Quintos, "Magic" will hit theaters nationwide on October 31.
