Shopping shorts: Multiply promo, Skullcandy sale, Shopinas

MANILA, Philippines -- Here are some announcements that may make shopping lovers happy.

'Multiply Your Buy' promo

Multiply is offering its users a chance to win ten times the value of their online purchases on the website as it slowly shuts down its social networking services.

The "Multiply Your Buy" promo requires users to buy at least P1,000 worth of products sold at online shops on Multiply.com, take photos of the purchases and upload these on Multiply's Facebook page.

Ten winners will be given ten times their original purchase on Multiply. A P2,000 purchase on a bag, for instance, will be rewarded with P20,000 worth of Multiply shopping "money."

The maximum amount of store credit that will be given by Multiply is P25,000.

"It is clear that Filipinos love photo sharing -- just as they love shopping! By giving shoppers the chance to Multiply their buys, we hope to encourage shoppers to share their unique shopping finds and show the world just how much fun it is to shop at Multiply," said Jack Madrid, country manager of Multiply Philippines.

The "Multiply Your Buy" promo runs until November 30, with ten winners drawn via electronic raffle. All payments and transactions must be settled on or before November 30. Winners will be announced via Facebook on December 10.


Skullcandy all-store sale

With only a few weeks before Christmas, audio brand Skullcandy announces a nationwide sale of up to 50% off on selected models of headphones and earphones.

The sale, which is available in Skullcandy's over 100 partner retail stores and online via Zalora.com and Lazada.com, will run until November 30, or while supplies last.

Skullcandy's discounted items come from the brand's different lines such as Skullcrushers, Icon 2, TI, SK Pro, Agent, Hesh, Lowriders, Ink'd, Riot, FMJ, Chop buds, JIB and Smokin' Buds.
