(3rd UPDATE) 3 Red Cross workers kidnapped in Sulu
Three members of the International Committee of the Red Cross, a Swiss national, an Italian and a Filipino, were kidnapped in Sulu province before noon Thursday. The ICRC said the three were carrying out a water and sanitation project to improve the condition of prisoners in Sulu Provincial Jail when stopped by unidentified gunmen.
