'Widespread rains over S. Luzon may trigger floods'
PAGASA warned on Wednesday that widespread rains over S.Luzon "may trigger flashfloods and landslides." In its 5 a.m. forecast valid until 5 a.m.Thursday, PAGASA said a low pressure area 40 kilometers east of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro is affecting southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
