The Board of Directors of the Valley Golf and Country Club on Sunday expelled Delfin dela Paz in relation to the golf brawl in Antipolo last month.
Consequently, his two dependents--Bino and Bambee--are no longer allowed to play in the golf course.
According to Valley Golf's investigation, it was dela Paz who started the golf mauling incident with Mayor Nasser Pangandaman Jr. of Masiu, Lanao del Sur, his brother Mohammed Hussein, and their bodyguards.
Meanwhile, Valley Golf imposed a two-year suspension on Agrarian Reform Secretary Nasser Pangandaman Sr., while his two children were banned for life.
"Valley Golf expels Delfin dela Paz for disorderly conduct, suspends Sec. Pangandaman for two years. Valley found that Dela Paz started the fisticuffs. Hussein, Nasser Jr., Bambee, and Bino banned at Valley," Pangandaman lawyer Ted Pastrana said in a text message. With a report from Atom Araullo, ABS-CBN News
