Presidential, VP bets urged to inhibit in Villar ethics case
MANILA, Philippines - House minority leader San Juan Rep. Ronaldo Zamora on Tuesday called on the presidential and vice-presidential candidates to inhibit themselves from the pending Senate ethics case against Senator Manuel Villar in connection with the C-5 road project.
"The Senate President has gotten it right. Conscience and evidence should be the basis for voting on the committee report on the C-5 issue," Zamora, an ally of the Nacionalista Party (NP) standard-bearer, said.
"The senators who are candidates for both president and vice-president should inhibit from the proceedings. If conscience should be their guide, then it would only be natural for them not to vote on this matter as it only would be self-serving on their part. Politics and party stands should have no role in this vote," Zamora said in a text message.
"Let us remember this is a case about ethics. The only ethical recourse for the senator-candidates is non-participation," he added.
The presidential and vice presidential candidates among the senators are Manuel Villar, Benigno Aquino III, Richard Gordon, Jamby Madrigal, Manuel Roxas II, and Loren Legarda. -- by Carmela Fonbuena, abs-cbnNEWS.com/Newsbreak

Sabi nga nila... the only thing different between MONEY Villar and GMA eh ang kanyang nunal.
Isa kang mayamang duwag. I don't care if you're innocent or not... the thing is you can't face the people who are judging you. I don't care kung ikaw ang taong magaahon sa Pilipinas sa kahirapan. The fact that your candidacy is tainted by this scandal and you can't even face your own detractors means that you CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND CANNOT BE THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES. And the fact that people still see you as their next President only means that the Philippines and the Filipinos are in deep shit.

Sino ba ang kanilang pagsilbihan? Nagkataon na tatlo sa kanilang mga senador ay katapat ni Villar pagka presidente pero hindi ibig sabihin na konsintihin at balewalain nila kung may naamoy silang hindi maganda sa kanilang kasamahan.
Katotohanan dapat ang manaig at huwag pagtakpan.

Villar is experiencing a surge in popularity according to the latest surveys. This investigation is actually very good for Villar. Huwag sanang matapos agad ito kasi pag na-realize ng mga senador na nakakatulong pa ito kay Villar baka itigil agad.
"Money" is truly an appropriate name for Manny Villar because he will use his experience and skill to bring the "Money" to our country. Hindi ba "Money" ang laging problema natin lalo na ng mga mahihirap? So Manny "Money" Villar is definitely the one with the skill and experience to tackle that problem for us.
Noynoy claims hindi siya magnanakaw. I believe hindi siya magnanakaw ng halata siya. Pero baka daanin niya sa dugas ang pagnanakaw. Maari niyang dugasin ang taong bayan katulad ng ginawang pagdugas ng pamilya niya sa mga magsasaka ng Hacienda Luisita na 40 years ng hinihintay ang lupang dapat ay 1960's pa naibalik sa kanila. It's also a mystery where he spent his pork barrel since wala naman siyang naging projects. Siguro dapat imbestigahan din si Noynoy.
So thank you sa mga kalabang senador ni Villar. They are really doing him a BIG, BIG favor. No, huwag nang i-inhibit ang mga Presidential at VP bets. Yan nga ang mas nagpapaganda kasi napaghahalata sila na may agenda lang sila kay Villar. If not then how come Villar's rating is still going up?

Nakialam pa itong Zamora na ito...palibhasa totoong TUTA ni GMA yang MONEY Villar na yan. Kapal talaga ng mukha... kung ang mga ordinaryong mamamayan kelangan humarap sa mga ibinibintang sa kanila, bakit si Villar ayaw humarap...ano sha, Diyos? Wala silang pinagkaiba ni GMA. Ipinapakita lang nya kung anong klaseng presidente sha kung mananalo sha. Palabasin ang katotohanan
Bakit kinakailangan pang mag inhibit ang mga kapwa senador na kakandidato. Kandidato man o hindi kailangan mag participate lahat ng senador kasi ibinoto sila ng taumbayan para sila ay pagsilbihan at hindi para pagsilbihan ang kani-kanilang sariling kapakanan. Harapin ni Villar ang isyu at harapin ang mga nag aakusa para malaman ng taumbayan kung sino ang nagsasabi ng totoo. Kung totoo na inosente si Villar bakit ayaw niayng humarap sa senado. Dapat nga mas matapang siya kasi alam niyang wala siyang kasalanan. Kung naniniwala siya na ang mga mahihirap ay sumusuporta sa kanya mas lalong dapat siyang humarap sa senado para patunayan na ang kanyang pakay ay ang pagsilbihan ang kapakanan ng mga mahihirap at hindi ang kapakanan ng pagpapayaman niya. Dapat makita ng taumbayan ang paghaharap ng akusado at nag aakusa ng sa ganoon ay mapag aralan ng taumbayan kung sino ang nagsisinungaling sa dalawang grupo.

Anyone who pretending to be blind about this issue has to deepen his research and if he/she feels lazy, a very simple to do is to read or listen to the presentatation of University Prof. Winiie Monsod about the C-5 project which Manny Villar is accused of, a very very clear how Manny Villar enriched his groups of companies.
The show of Manny Villar to defend himself in the Senate without waiting for normal legislation of interpellation is unpresidential character and insult to his colleagues and he does not deserve respect nor a vote for presidency.
Only "moron, stupid, idiot, low IQ who keep being dull and blind are still satisfied with Manny Villar explainations believed him innocent of the C-5 projects.
No way to vote for a guy like Manny Villar who is crook and no way he can make any flatforms of good good governcance once elected president. He had tried to robbed the country when he was not yet president, how much more if he becomes our president? Six billion pesos will be a million or billion times he will take away from the the wealth of the national government regaining his huge amount of paid campaign expenses in thousand jingle tv ads, radio, newspapers and net.
I would rather vote for unsmart Noynoy Aquino who is a clean candidate because I'm sure he will put a legacy to his name like his parents and he will not steal like Manny Villar or GMA.
To stop or at least eradicate corruptions in the government must be the highest priority a new government to handle, and Noynoy had promised this he can make it. For Manny Villar, how a corrupt executive in Malacanang can handle when he/she is among the corrupt officials?
