Still no winner of P258-M Grand Lotto pot

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) declared no winner for Saturday night’s 6/55 Grand Lotto draw.
Bettors missed the 46-02-33-17-19-09 winning combination, which would have guaranteed them a share in the P258 million jackpot prize.
A nationwide frenzy is already building up for the jackpot as ticket sales soared from the average of P25 million per draw to P113 million.
This is the first time this year that the jackpot of the grand lotto game breached P250 million.
The biggest Grand Lotto jackpot was P741 million, which a balikbayan from New York won with the winning ticket he bought in Olongapo City in November 2010. – With a report from The Philippine Star
