MANILA - Malacañang intends to open a website detailing how government used its funds to rehabilitate communities affected by typhoon Yolanda.

It currently has a website called Foreign Aid Transparency Hub or FAITH that shows where international donations have gone.

“In terms of the reconstruction, rehabilitation, we will also set up a website outlining all the government expenditures with respect to different expenditures of the agencies,” presidential spokesperson Edwin Lacierda said.

The Palace also assured survivors of the typhoon that government will continue to provide for their needs and said that bunkhouses would be turned over to beneficiaries as soon as construction is done.

“As the days go by, you will see less and less reports of the situation [about] typhoon Yolanda. But our determination will not diminish,” Lacierda said in reaction to an observation reportedly made by Senator Bongbong Marcos, who described the turnover of bunkhouses as slow.
