If you are a senator-judge and you really want to know the truth, why adhere to technicalities and all these carnival-like applications and interpretations of the law? What you are for to investigate when you allow partial sheilding of the truth? Kaya nga mag-iimbestiga para malaman ang katotohana. Pero paano ka mag-iimbestiga kung kayo mismo ang nagtatakip sa katotohanan? Being a powerful authority as a SC chief justice for transparency, will you say "scrutinize me but don't you touch other details other than what I'll furnish you." Then for what you're submitting yourself for fair justice??? Tsk, tsk, tsk... common sense very funny. Are we just wasting more time with the intent of gaining media exposure because you/we know that as a people Filipinos are immoral, illiterate voters who just choose familiar faces in election time? Even if you'll make a surprising vote, it won't change my perception that some senator-judge are drunk of their arrogance that should be purge in the system forever. I can't imagine why there's this fear of conflict of interest and of scenarios in the future in governance if senator-judges makes the right decision? If you're for the morality, decency, and true justice in governance, there's absolutely NO DIFFICULTY in handing down the right verdict. Look at how we the poor, emaciated people of the countrysides/foreign shores how we eke out our daily living that you'll feel what justice should be. Hostile witness, yes. What about HOSTILE JUDGE? We as a people, for years witnessed the atrocities of other system of governments while we turn a blind eye in our demoCRAZY system. Too many rights that the smart devils use to evade justice.
