Gibo became bigheaded, says Danding's daughter
MANILA, Philippines - The camp of Liberal Party presidential bet Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino has found an ally in Lisa Cojuangco Cruz, daughter of business tycoon Eduardo "Danding" Cojuangco Jr.
The younger Cojuangco joined her cousin, Kris Aquino, during a campaign sortie for Noynoy in Iloilo City. Cojuangco even sported yellow shoes as a sign of support for her cousin.
In an interview, Cojuangco repeated her mother's statement that her family will support any presidential candidate except Danding's nephew, former Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro. She said her father felt insulted by Teodoro's decision to leave the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC) headedby Danding for Lakas-Kampi CMD.
"Masamang-masama ang loob ng daddy ko. He was given all the best, better than all the children. Basta na lang umalis. Walang kinalaman si GMA (President Arroyo). Lumaki ang ulo eh. Kailangan niyang bumaba," she told ABS-CBN News.
She added though that the ongoing squabble does not affect the younger generation of Cojuangcos.
Last month, Danding's wife, Gretchen, told reporters that her husband would support any candidate except for Teodoro. (Read: Anybody but Gibo, says Danding's wife)
"Anybody but Gibo. Anybody," she told reporters, after being asked who her husband would support between Teodoro and their other nephew, Noynoy Aquino.
"I'm just a wife that's why ga lain ang buot ko (sumasama ang loob ko) for my husband," she said in Ilonggo.
Mrs. Cojuangco said Teodoro failed to inform her husband that he was leaving the NPC to join Lakas-Kampi-CMD despite receiving help from Danding for the past 9 years. "My husband had the biggest plans and belief for him, being so intelligent," she said.
She also belied reports that Teodoro and her husband are okay with each other.
"He tells everybody everything's right with him and his uncle. Sala eh (mali eh). Maybe with him, but his conscience tells him otherwise. I don't know what kind of conscience that is," she said.
Teodoro earlier said he respects his Aunt Gretchen's opinion but added that family matters should take a backseat to affairs of the state.
"Ang sa akin ay karapatan nila iyon. My comment is - matters of state are of supreme importance. Familial considerations should not enter into any consideration of the national interest," he said in an interview after a presidential forum organized by the Philippine Daily Inquirer in UP Diliman.

Attention: Ms. Lisa Cojuangco Cruz
You try to extract hooligan loyalty from Gibo. Is that what your parents want from Gibo? Loyalty to the mafia boss? That kind of patronage has to stop. What would you extract from Noynoy after pledging support to him? Anybody except Gibo? What a mean thing to say. Danding has no political ideology, hence, he has no popular following. Is Danding aware of this? Probably his only follower is Ramon Ang. Danding does not even have the loyalty of Mark and Henry, your brothers!
I hope Gibo's reply to you and your mother is well understood by you.
The NPC is a stable of Danding. It is not a political party. He is not a kingmaker, he has never been one. What he did was finance the campaign chest of "sure winners." Danding is a puppetmaster. He wants a place in politics. Even Noynoy won't give him a chance later to have a say in government.
Good luck to Gibo, a decent, principled, and intelligent young man. Regretfully, Danding does not have an iota of the brillancy of Gibo.

-Kapag sa mga salita nya, puro tsismis ang sinasabi, lalaki ba o baka tsismosa..
-Kapag sa talumpati nya ay madalang mong marinig ang plataporma o baka hindi ka makarinig ng plataporma kundi puro empty promises ang sasabihin at tsismis..
-Kung ngayon mo lang siya naramdaman sa panahon ng eleksyon..
-Kung sa kampanya ay dami ng artista ang ginagamit..
*Madali namang malaman kung sino ang totoo*
-Kapag sinabi ng kandidato na ito ang plataporma kong mas nakakabuti sa mas nakararami.. Kung ayaw nyo ng sinabi ko huwag nyo ako iboto..
-Kapag sa salita nya ay matigas, kahit sino magtanong, consistent ang sagot..
-Kahit walang halalan, ramdam mong tumutulong sa kapwa..

Negosyante ka, bakit ka kakampi sa 1st cousin mo kung malabong manalo. Mas pipiliin mo pa rin ang kandidatong maingay, liamado for the sake of your business. So this Lisa Cojuangco Cruz choose to ally to her second cousin for business sake. But other Danding's clan are still quiet kasi lumalakas si villar.
Sa dami ng supporters ni noynoy na mayaman, those businessmen like ayala clan, araneta clan, lopez family, SM inc. en the influencial fil-chinese community. So what will be your expectations kapag nanalo si noynoy? Malamang mabili ng SM ang buong Pilipinas. (San Miguel corp of danding and SM corp. are business partners)
Karibal nila ang lopez sa paghawak sa meralco. Kaya expect mo na kung ano mangyayari sa meralco, kung kanino mapupunta ang control, kung kaninong pamilya mas malakas kay noynoy..

Nakakalungkot isipin na ang mga Pilipino ay nadidiktahan ng survey, naunahan ng survey ang isip ng tao.
Lumalabas dalawa hanggang tatlo lang ang naglalaban sa presidential race kahit na pumili na sila ng kanilang kandidato na talagang magaling at may accomplishment.
Ang nangyayari kasi ngayon dahil nga sa survey ang mga ayaw kay Villar ay pumupunta kay Aquino ang ayaw kay Aquino pumupunta kay Villar o kay Erap wag lang manalo si Villar o si Aquino at Erap, kasi nga ang pag iisip ng tao walang panalo ang mga nasa bottom list.
Sa aking pananaw dalawa lang talaga ang may kakayahan na maging presidente ng Pilipinas yan ay si GORDON at GIBO silang dalawa lang ang naglalaban sa galing at talino.
Kaya mga kapwa ko botante nanawagan ako na iboto ninyo ang karapat dapat na maging Presidente sa May 10, wag kayo magpadala o magpadikta sa Survey.
Basta ako at sampu ng aking pamilya GORDON at BAYANI kami, magaling at may napatunayan na!
