Villar's trust ratings fall 11 pts
Noynoy stable; Erap up 7 pts
MANILA, Philippines - The public's trust of Nacionalista Party (NP) presidential candidate Sen. Manny Villar fell by a big 11 percentage points in the latest survey of Pulse Asia on trust ratings of public figures.
In the survey, Villar's trust ratings fell from 70% in January 22-26, 2010 to 59% in February 21-25, 2010.
LP presidential candidate Sen. Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III’s trust ratings were stable at 64% during the two survey periods.
In a statement, LP general campaign manager Butch Abad attributed the drop in Villar's trust ratings to the C-5 road controversy.
"Sen. Manny Villar suffered a huge 11% erosion in his trust ratings attributable mainly to his inability to extricate himself from the anomalous C-5 Road Extension Project and his association with the much distrusted Gloria Macapagal Arroyo," Abad said.
"This is a triumph of character over cash, empowerment over patronage," Abad said. "Their baseless lies have failed. LP presidential standard bearer Sen. Aquino is now the most trusted presidential candidate with a rating of 64%."
Villar was the most trusted presidential candidate in the January 22-26 Pulse Asia survey.
Pwersa ng Masang Pilpino (PMP) presidential bet Joseph Ejercito Estrada's trust ratings went up by 7 percentage points, from 33% in January 22-26 to 40% in February 21-25.
Lakas-Kampi-CMD presidential candidate Gilbert 'Gibo' Teodoro's trust ratings fell slightly from 32% in January to 29% in February.
Bagumbayan presidential candidate Richard Gordon’s trust ratings were statistically the same at 25% in February (26% in January).
Bagong Pilipinas bet Bro. Eddie Villanueva's trust ratings were also stable at 15% in the two survey periods.
Sen. Jamby Madrigal's trust ratings increased slightly from 14% in January to 17% in February.
Olongapo City Councilor JC de los Reyes and Nicanor Perlas's trust ratings were statistically the same in the two survey periods at 5% and 4% respectively.
Mar still most trusted VP bet
Among the vice-presidential candidates, Sen. Manuel Roxas II of the Liberal Party was on top with 70% trust rating.
NP-Nationalist People's Coalition vice-presidential bet Loren Legarda's trust ratings fell from 61% in January to 58% in February.
Makati City Mayor Jejomar Binay was the third most trusted vice-presidential bet with 45% trust rating, statistically the same as in January.
Bagumbayan bet Bayani Fernando was fourth with 22% trust rating followed by Lakas-Kampi-CMD bet Edu Manzano at 19%.
In Pulse Asia's trust surveys, respondents are asked how much they trust the public figure, whether "malaking-malaki, malaki, maaring malaki at maaring maliit, maliit o maliit na maliit."
The Pulse Asia survey of 1,800 respondents has a margin of error of plus/minus 2%.

How to use "SIPAG AT TiYAGA" to evade the law: by VILLAR
1) Noong 2008 ap lumabas ang C5 isyu...
Anong nangyari, a case was filed by Senator Jamby to the Senate
committee regarding this...
Villar reasoned out that the committee is composed of
his presidential rivals including Mar Roxas, Loren Legarda
Lacson, and the likes.
VIllar challeged Lacson that He will not attend the hearing
on teh committe level, he challenge that it is the whole senate
to investigate him.
2) Nagkamali si Villar, kinagat ni lacson ang hamon,
nagFile sya ng resolution to form the senate into a committee of
whole para sa investigation nito.
And then, here comes another alibi from villar and his tuta..
The rules are unfair daw, so they will not attend the hearing of the committee of the Whole. They propsed amendments to the rules careoff AlLan Cayetano..
Their wish is granted, Allans proposal was incorporated in the rules.
3) As if not enough, even if their proposal is adopted, still Villar did not want to appear in the investigation.
They filed a TRO in SC to stop the senate, they are turned down by the SC.
4) So the Committee of the whole continues the hearing without even a shadow of Villar. Senate Pres. Enrile advices Villar toa ttend the hearing... Villar did not budge.
Almost after every hearing, Villar make a press conference where
he presented his side to teh MEDIA..
Sabi nya Media na lang daw kaysa sa Senate which is Bias.
5) As teh hearing is finishing, and the report is being finalized by Enrile, Villar manipulated again and encouraged 12 senators
to sign a committee report clearing Villar from all charges..
Ang nakakatawa dahil hindi nila maabot and 12 signatures, VIllar included his name in there.... IT goes that he cleared himself from charges.
The committee report is out to pre-empt the Committee of the whole report. It is to be remember that Villar ask for the Committee of teh whole to investigate.
6) When the committee of the whole report is to be voted in plenary,
Villar and allies resort to non-apperance in the plenary.
Enrile warned that they will be arrested, so they attend but all they
do is delay and argue that their resolution clearing Villar should be tackled first... this is againts the senate rule..
7) and so Senate goes on recess without having completed the case.
SUMMARY:
Villar really is a master of SIPAG at TYAGA sa pag-iwas sa batas.
And Now Villar and his dogs are now complaining that there are accusations in the media... gusto nila sa korte...

1) Sinungaling. Mahirap daw... Eh private scholl silang
magkakapatid, Government employee ang tatay, vendor ang nanay.
Hindi ko alam kung ito na ang mahirap kay Villar, ano na kaya
tawag nya sa milyun2X mga hindi kumakain ng tatlong beses sa isang
araw... DAGA?
2) Umaabuso sa pwesto. Makailang instances na na ginamit ni Villar ang
posisyon nya para sa kanyang sariling kapakanan at negosyo.
- UTang sa gobyerno kung saan bawal.
- mga batas na pabor sa kanyang mga negosyo, kung saan bawal.
- mga lupaing agrikultural na naconvert to subdivisions kahit
bawal.
3) Corrupt. Ang C5 extension ay isang monumental na katiwalian sa
gobyerno. kahit pagbaliktarin mo man, kumita talaga sya dito.
Iniba para dumaan sa kanyang mga subdivision, overpriced na

4) Nang-agaw ng Lupa. Ang mga magsasaka sa Bulacan ay walang kamalay-

Alam natin gaano ito ka tuso, kung alam lang ng mga land owners, di nila ibebenta ng mura or not at all.. Pero si Vilalr, inutakan ang mga pobreng mahihirap... Ngayun sabi nya maka-MAHIRAP daw sya..
6) NagVoVote buying. Namimigay ng Scholarship sa pangangampanya..
Hindi daw vote buying ito.. lelong mo lokohin mo.
7) Naglalaway sa posisyon. 2-3 years ago ng nagampanya ito,
gumagastos ng bilyun pera para sa ads lang.. tapos sasabihin to play the playing field?
Kung gusto nya patas, sana sa election period na sya ngCampaign.
kung gusto nya patas, sana di sya gumagastos ng sobra sa takda ng batas.

I hope for those Filipinos who are really aiming for a true change. Kababayan, we have to vote for the true people.
Sa mga kandidato, sa panahon ng eleksyon, kay daming nagbabalatkayo, mga plastic, mga nagkukunwaring sincere maglingkod ng tapat.
Madali lang malaman kung sino sa kanila ang gagawa ng matino, sa output dapat sila hatulan. Kung ano ang gawa nila kapag walang eleksyon ay iyon ang gagawin din nila malamang kapag naupo na.
Sa output ang ating timbangin, kung negative output, o positive output o walang output as in bokya ang kandidato sa gawa nya.
Sana po ay magising tayo sa nararapat timbangin. Ang kasikatan ay nakakabulag, ang pera ay nakakabulag, ngunit kung ayaw natin sa dilim, tayo mismo, isa isa, dadami rin tayo at mananaig, matatalo natin ang nambubulag, tayo ay makakaahon, basta magkaisa sa kandidatong output winner, totoong tao, totoong public servant.. Hindi lang tuwing eleksyon..
