MANILA, Philippines - Former President Joseph Estrada said Tuesday that he was not yet ready to concede to Sen. Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III.

"Huwag muna ngayon. Quiet muna ako ngayong araw. I will not make statements," Estrada told reporters.

The former president's lawyer George Erwin Garcia said they are planning to question the process used by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) in this years election.

Estrada, who was attempting a big comeback after his term as president was cut short in 2001, said he would have to wait for additional results from the Comelec's electronic counting before making statements.

Meanwhile, Sen. Richard "Dick" Gordon has also conceded to Aquino, making him the 3rd presidential candidate to accept defeat in the country's first ever automated elections.

"I would like to congratulate Sen. Aquino for his spectacular victory. I call upon this nation to unite and support him," Gordon said in a statement posted on his official campaign website.

Gordon thanked his supporters and contributors in this year's elections.

"I ran a very truthful, straightforward and candid campaign and though we could run on the basis of our platform, track record and volunteerism," he said.

Gordon's nephew, Ang Kapatiran's JC delos Reyes, has also conceded to Aquino.

Based on Comelec's partial count as of Tuesday, Estrada was in 2nd place behind Aquino with more than 12 million votes.

Gordon, meanwhile, placed 6th in the last partial count while Delos Reyes remained the tailender.

Nacionalista Party's Manuel "Manny" Villar was the first to concede to Aquino. The senator also offered to help Aquino if he wins in the elections.
