MANILA, Philippines - The winning numbers in the 6/55 Grand Lotto draw on Monday, in any order, are: 31-16-54-42-40-8.

The jackpot prize is P234,986,407.20, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said.

No one won the jackpot, according to the PCSO.

Meanwhile, the winning numbers for the 6/45 Mega Lotto draw, in any order, are: 25-39-20-13-24-36.

The jackpot prize is P4.5 million.

Interest in the Grand Lotto has risen again as the jackpot keeps rising.

Many bettors have resorted to "lucky picks" --machine-generated numbers--the same strategy used by the winner of the biggest lotto prize in Philippine history.

In December 2010, a balikbayan won more than P741 million after correctly guessing the Grand Lotto winning numbers via a lucky pick.
