Si Pangulong Gloria Arroyo ang may pinakamalaking paglobo ng kayamanan habang nakaupo sa pwesto, kumpara sa mga nagdaang pangulo! Iyan ang natuklasan ng Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism o PCIJ! Ang tanong: paano dumoble ang kayamanan ni Pangulong Arroyo sa loob ng 8 taon gayong maliit lang ang sahod ng presidente, at meron bang mga negosyo at ari-arian ang pamilya Arroyo na hindi idineklara?
