My advice to your probing and whining ego is to do the ff:

2) Select anything you want to know under the “Bill/Res. No.”
3) Select the “AUTHOR” and then, CLICK on "SUBMIT"
In addition to filing bills, a Senator is also expected to vote in any bills being passed by other Senators. It is assumed that all Senators will vote according to their beliefs or conscience. One senate vote alone can make or break a bill. One thing that you should know about our Senate, Senators are bound by “rule of majority”.
Now, in contrast, our President exercises her “EXECUTIVE PRIVILEGE” to shut us out from the truth; namely the NBN-ZTE scandal. She uses the same privilege to divert funds and finance her TRIPS. She used her “EXECUTIVE PREROGATIVE” to free a convicted PLUNDERER, RAPIST and MURDERERS and even on the awarding of National Artist. The President encroaches anything and everything in our government. Her appetite for power had become ABSOLUTE.
SO, who is now the mother-of-all-SOB’s?
Noynoy were raised by two heroes of this nation. His father was assassinated and her mother took the great risk of giving us back our freedom and democracy. He was polite and respectful in his meeting with the President during her mother’s funeral wake that only a true gentleman can do. He presented himself well to the public and to his peers that I am convinced that Noynoy is not just a decent man but he is also a very well-mannered and disciplined person.
Is he an ideal President? It is my honest and sincere opinion that he will make an ideal President.
I am not expecting anyone to agree with me. However, any arrogant Arroyo supporter would always demand proof. But, when asks about NBN-ZTE deal and all this scandal-laden projects of the government, what do we get... psssttt... be quiet... executive privilege...
In the end, Arroyo is the evil here and Noynoy will be our savior.

How do you know he's the ideal President???
How do you know that he will make an ideal President when he has nothing to show for the years he is a senator mj2009? When Marcos was President, did his influence stopped Ninoy Aquino from making a difference? It didn't. So why can't Noynoy do the same?
The fact here is that some people seems to have been brainwashed for hating the current administration and idolizing these people when these people have nothing to show for as accomplishments for their years in the senate. Simple lang naman ang tanong ko. Ano ang mga nagawa na ni Noynoy sa taong-bayan para sabihin nating ideal nga siyang Presidente? Kung hindi ninyo masasagot ang simpleng katanungang ito, nabubulagan kayo at nabubuhay sa akala na ang mga katulad ni Noynoy ang sasagip sa bayang ito .
Kung ang Presidente ay hinahanapan nila ng pruweba na nagtatrabaho ito, hindi ba't tama lang na hanapan din natin ng pruweba na nagtatrabaho din si Noynoy? Sige nga, paki-enlighten ako.

President or Senator?
Between a lawmaker (Senator) and a President, the President has more influence and greater responsibility than anyone in the Senate. To pass a law, Senators need to discuss and vote for it. Our senators cannot do anything but abide by the majority vote in the Senate.
Meanwhile, the President, in many occasions, uses her executive privilege to effect change: from pardoning Erap to NBN-ZTE scandal to even awarding of National Artist Award. Lately, her trip abroad made headlines and it is said that about 2 billion pesos were overspent. If she chooses to, she could minimize her trip abroad and instead used that "overspent" money to finance other social projects or social programs for our countrymen.
There are many ways that the President can do that a Senator cannot do. And obviously, our President had done nothing to make her government transparent and her government has been less responsive to the needs of the people. Imagine her government spending more than 100 million pesos for infomercials at a time the world is in financial crisis. If NOT for the remittances from OFWs, this country will be in financial turmoil.
Yes, Noynoy is accountable too for what is happening in our country. But there is NOTHING MUCH he can do as a Senator because mainly the responsibility regarding the STATE of our NATION rest on the President. Because she lacks leadership, honesty, transparency, and credibility, she is regarded as the most corrupt leader of this nation, defeating the late President Marcos.
To Noynoy, your critics from Malacanang are LOSERS, LIERS and THIEVES. Their words are nothing but TRASH.
I believe that you will make an ideal President for this country and you have gained enough WISDOM and political experience to lead the Filipinos to a stable and respectable nation.

Bulok na sistema ng gobyerno? Baka nakakalimutan mo na si Noynoy ay kasama sa gobyernong sinasabi mong bulok. Maraming taon na si Noynoy ay isang senador ng bansa at dapat ay katulong ng gobyerno para sa ikabubuti ng bayan.
Pero sa kabila nito, wala siyang nagawa sa bansa. Ilang batas na ang naipasa ni Noynoy? Tandaan natin na trabaho ni Noynoy as a senator na magpasa ng batas. He was elected for this purpose. As a public servant at anak ng mga bayaning Ninoy at Cory Aquino, malaki ang expectation sa kanya to make a difference. Pero sa loob ng maraming taon na senador siya at nasa posisyon na magpasa ng mga batas na lulutas sa maraming problema ng bayan... WALA SIYANG GINAWA.
To tellHuwag po nating isisi lahat sa gobyerno. Accountable din si Noynoy kung naghihirap ang bansa natin dahil hindi nila ginawa ang trabaho nila! Dahil sa halip na tumulong at magpasa ng mga batas, puro batikos sa bawat galaw ng administrasyon ang ginagawa nila.
Buksan po natin ang mga mata natin. Wala siyang ginawa nuon at wala din siyang ginagawa ngayon.

Nariyan na sa posisyon si Gloria bilang Presidente ng Pilipinas. Ano nangyari sa bansa natin? Wala rin. Lalo pang lumaki ang utang natin, mahirap pa rin ang mga Pilipino, marami pa rin sa mga kababayan natin ang nakikipagsapalaran sa ibang bansa at higit sa lahat, ang gobyerno natin ay salat sa katapatan at katinuan. Si Noynoy ay hinubog ng dalawang bayani ng ating bansa. At sa pananalita lamang niya, malalaman mo talaga na siya ay isang disenteng tao at may paninindigan. Si Arroyo, ang mga kaibigan niya ngayon ay 'yung mga nagwalanghiya sa bayan natin... ang mga Marcos at mga Romualdez. Dapat lang na tumakbong Pangulo si Noynoy dahil siya ang magbibigay kaayusan sa bulok na sistema ng ating gobyerno.
Palace criticisms of Noynoy
The people in Malacanang managed to do one more disservice to this institution with its veiled criticisms of Sen Noynoy Aquino. Sen Noynoy may be simple and unassuming but he has integrity and the trust of the people – their criticisms simply underlined their lack thereof. A monument to honor Mrs Aquino, one minute and criticisms of Noynoy, the next? These people are gasping for air. It may behoove Malacanang to just concentrate on the business of governing through the time they have left and refrain from patting themselves on the back too much only to contradict themselves after. Just stop wasting our time with more grandstanding and insults. We’ve had enough. You are just pathetic because it seems you actually think we believe you. Sorry… that ship has sailed!
NOYNOY HINDI PA HANDA
Wala akong masasabi kina Tita Cory at Ka Ninoy bilang mga magulang ni NoyNoy at mga kapatid niya, uliran sila. Pero masasabi ko rin na si Tita Cory noong maging presidente ay hindi pa rin handa kaya lamang ang mga tao na rin ang humimok sa kanya na siya ang pumalit kay Marcos. Ano naman ang nagyari, wala rin puro kudeta. Si Noynoy ay huwag nyo ng piliting tumakbo dahil sa opinyon ko siya ay hindi handa pang maging presidente dahil kulang pa siya sa eksperensiya at medyo tamilmil ang ugali niya. Wala akong kuwestiyon sa integridad niya dahil alam kong hinubog siya ng kanyang mga magulang ng maging mabuting tao sa mata ng tao ang Diyos. Tama lamang na siya ay tumakbo na no. 2 ni Mar Roxas sa 2010 para sa 2016 ay siya naman ang papalit. Sa palagay ko naman ay nakuha na niya ang karanasan na kailangan pagdating ng panahon na iyon. Bata pa naman siya di ba?

it's not noynoy's fault kung nadadala ang pangalan nya ng mga magulang nya....it's bcoz his parents are popular dahil sa mga nagawa nila sa bansa natin....hindi kasi greedy ang kanyang mga magulang sa kapangyarihan kaya iginagalang at minahal ng sambayanan hindi katulad ng mga taong nasa kasalukuyang gobyerno na parang linta kung makakapit sa kapangyarihan na kahit isinusuka na ng mga tao eh nandyan pa din.....nakakahiya sila.....ang tangi lang magagawa ni noynoy ay pangalagaan ang malinis na pangalan ng kanyang mga magulang at ipagpatuloy ang kanilang nasimulan......GOD BLESS u Sen.
