Marcos mum on links to pork scam
MANILA - Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. refused to comment on reports linking him to the controversial pork barrel scam.
When asked by media Tuesday morning, the senator said that he is waiting for results of the ongoing investigations on the issue before he can say his side on the matter.
Marcos is one of 5 senators who allegedly allowed their pork barrel funds to be used for alleged ghost projects of businesswoman Janet Napoles.
"Mahaba pa ito. Hinihintay ko lang lagi is the findings ng dalawang imbestigasyon...mahirap magsalita dahil yun lamang pinagbabasehan ko ng lahat kaya't yun lang hinihintay ko. That is why I'd rather not comment on any other reports I am getting," Marcos said.
