Where is Tong Payumo assigned?
I just wondering where former Representative from 1st District of Bataan Felicito Payumo (L) the author of BOT (built operate transfer ) which is ssuccesful in the governance of the Philippines was assigned? He is an Economist and a Hardvard graduate. I think it will be good for PNoy, if Tong will be assigned as one of his economic adviser, I vouch for his good credentials during his 9 year term as Representative and Chairman of SBMA.
