Lack of Warning
So many had no warning of the coming floods. Many have no source of modern information such as TV or radio. There is a great need for a better warning system implemented in densely populated areas. In Quezon City, the water became a meter deep in a matter of minutes. I have many family members living there. My heart goes out to the Filipino people. God bless.
