MANILA, Philippines - Former President Joseph Estrada rode his now famous jeep on Tuesday all the way to the Comelec office to file his certificate of candidacy (COC) for Manila mayor. Six senatorial wannabes have also filed their COCs as of 2 p.m. on Tuesday.
