1 out of 2 disapprove of PGMA's performance
MANILA - Filipinos who distrust and disapprove of President Arroyo's performance continued to increase, according to the latest Pulse Asia survey conducted October 22 to 30.
The survey showed that from 43% in August, President Arroyo's disapproval rating worsened to 51% in October. In other words, one in every two of the 1,800 respondents disapproved of her performance as chief executive.
Her approval ratings were basically unchanged at 21%.
"Filipinos critical of presidential performance and who distrust President Arroyo continue to greatly outnumber those with a positive opinion about the President's work and her trustworthiness (51% and 52% versus 19% and 21%)," Pulse Asia said in its media release on Monday.
President Arroyo's distrust ratings also went up from 42% in August to 52% in October, while her trust ratings remained at 19%.
Pulse Asia said majority of President Arroyo's disapproval ratings came from Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and across all social classes.
The Pulse Asia survey has a margin of error of plus/minus 2%. It was an Ulat ng Bayan survey, which the polling firm does on its own "without any party singularly commissioning the research effort."

Surveys walang kwenta
Mga kababayan, heto po ang survey result na magpapatunay kung gaanong hindi ka accurate ang mga surveys na ginagawa kuno nila. Sa inyo mismong karanasan, sa mga nakakasalamuha nyong tao, meron pa bang magsasabing ok ang palakad ni gloria? Kayo mismo magpatunay at makakapagpatunay na hindi totoo ito, malayong malayo sa reyalidad.
Siguro kung totoo nga na nagconduct sila ng survey, so anong uri ng tao ang ininterviewed nila? Saang mga lugar, subdivisions ba? baka sa loob ng malacanang nagsurvey? o baka sa loob ng congress? o sa mga may ari ng kumpanyang umunlad sa panahon nya? o sa mga taong nakinabang?
I therefore conclude that surveys must not influence us especially on our decisions of choosing the right candidate to vote. We must learn from history that from the time these surveys existed, (from pulse asia and sws) those famous candidates won the elections eventhough they were not deserving to win, so the effect of surveys is not good for the country.
Comelec, you have the power to stop these surveys. Stop them for good..

Philippines has been a corrupted country since Manuel L.Quezon up to present.Because of lack of sincerity,the succeeding presidents didn't take any actions to sequester all the corrupted money and properties.Not one of these candidates like,Villar,Noynoy,Gibo,Escudero,or Estrada can take actions.Bayani Fernando,who is implementing the laws,even though it will hurt him in his political campaign.He is more action than promise.Bayani Fernando is the man of "ACTION IS LOUDER THAN VOICE".
CLAIMED PROGRESS...NOT FELT by FILIPINOS!
This is the PROBLEM! The PROGRESS claimed by GMA was NEVER FELT nor did it REACH majority of FILIPINOS! Her LEGACY in Philippine history will be rated and classified as "MEDIOCRE and SCANDALOUS"!
In the 2010 election, her "endorsement" is NOT necessarily be a KISS of DEATH"! Just being associated with her will mean the same thing! FILIPINO voters will look at candidates associated to her with a "STRONG sense of DOUBT and DISDAIN"!!!
RALPH RECTO will have this BURDEN!
