MANILA, Philippines - Two people lost their cash and documents to their motorcycle after being robbed at a fake checkpoint on Congressional Avenue, Quezon City early Monday.

The two victims said they were riding a single motorcycle when they were flagged down by 4 armed men on a white Toyota Revo that had no license plates.

After introducing themselves as policemen, the 4 suspects ordered the two to accompany them to EDSA Kamuning. The victims were then punched in the stomach and robbed of some P1,500 in cash as well as the registration documents of their motorcycle. Doland Castro, ABS-CBN News
