MANILA, Philippines – Manila police raided a drug den in Tondo, Manila on Wednesday, leading to the arrest of 3 people.

Two of the suspects were identified as Elenita Mahinay and Lerma Fajardo.

Officers of the Manila Police District Station 2 raided Building-B Sambayan, Moriones in Tondo by virtue of a search warrant but failed to arrest their target, a certain alias "Anna."

Police recovered sachets of shabu and drug paraphernalia from the den.

Police said the drug den is rented out for a fee of P15 to P20. The den operators also charge P5 to P10 for the use of aluminum foil. -- Report from Maan Macapagal, ABS-CBN News
