MANILA, Philippines - Classes at the Mapua Institute of Technology in Manila were disrupted Wednesday after a professor received a bomb threat during class.

Operatives of the Manila Police District bomb squad used K-9 units to scour the campus after a university professor got a text message, saying that a bomb had been placed at the school's North Wing mechanical room.

Aside from the room, the operatives searched the entire school but found no bomb.
