MANILA -- A woman was shot dead by two suspected robbers in Manila early morning on Wednesday.

The victim, identified as Christine Dawn Concepcion, was shot by two men upon boarding a passenger bus along Avenida, Rizal Avenue at around 4:05 a.m.

Concepcion, a Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (BLM) - BS Tourism cum laude graduate, was working at the Dusit Hotel  in Makati.

The victim's father, Jessie, and Manila Social Welfare Department (MSWD) Chief Jay dela Fuente, has sought the help of Mayor Alfredo Lim for the immediate arrest of the two men.

Lim has ordered a manhunt operation against the suspects.
