NBI nabs 2 fake agents in Rizal
MANILA, Philippines - Operatives of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Thursday night arrested 2 fake agents in an entrapment operation in Taytay, Rizal.
Ferdinand Manuel of the NBI-Calabarzon said the arrests of Joel Marin and Reynaldo Borito came after they received complaints from drivers of unregistered school services in Taytay.
The 2 were arrested in Taytay town around 11 p.m.. Seized from them were 2 fake NBI IDs.
Manuel said that according to the complainants, the extorting duo regularly collect P300 protection money from school service drivers.
The complainants also said that the 2, threatening them their NBI IDs, also asks money from them during "special occasions."
Manuel said that the 2 had admitted extorting money from the drivers, but insisted that they were just collectors.
He said NBI is now investigating the suspects' claim.

ang dami nyan sa recto ever fake driver's license. puro umpisa lang namn huli nyan e. puro dakdak lang yan..
hindi ba't meron NBI office sa carriedo?? parang ang layo nyan sa recto ah... hay naku...
