MANILA, Philippines - It's Senator Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III of the Liberal Party and Makati City Mayor Jejomar "Jojo" Binay in the country's smallest precinct.

Aquino and Binay topped the results in the country's smallest precinct with only 136 registered voters.

The precinct is at the Gregorio del Pilar Elementary School in Tondo, Manila.

Gilbert Teodoro: 3
Eddie Villanueva: 2
Richard Gordon: 2

For Vice-President

Jejomar Binay: 23
Manuel Roxas: 22
