Police arrested on Tuesday night a public relations employee of Quezon City Rep. Annie Rosa Susano after being accused of molestation by a 14-year-old boy.

The accused identified as John Tiu declined to give his comment on the charge to ABS-CBN News, but his lawyers said he is innocent.

"Our client is innocent at lalaban kami," a lawyer of the accused said.

Tiu was arrested and inquested for allegedly molesting his neighbor, a 14-year-old boy.

The boy told police investigators that Tiu invited him to his home in an exclusive subdivision in Quezon City on Sunday afternoon. The complainant said that Tiu told him that he had bought him a T-shirt.

The boy claimed that Tiu suddenly kissed him.

"Hinalikan ako at nilabas ang dila... Tapos umalis po ako. Pinatatawag nila ako ulit, balik daw ako. Natakot po ako," the boy told ABS-CBN News.

The complainant also told the police that Tiu had also molested his friend. He said he became really afraid of Tiu, which made him decide to tell his experience to his parents and then to the authorities. With a report from Doland Castro, ABS-CBN News
