It's really amazing how the rich and powerful like the Jimenez can be so EVIL! so evil that they join the many evil known to mankind together with the great despicable people history ever told! SATAN is even threatened! Wow I just can't find the right word to coin them - MGA PUTANG INA NYONG MGA JIMENEZ! ayaw nyo ng street talk? where in fact you don't even belong to any streets or place here on earth! I'm not a lawyer but if I am the President of this country I will order fast and resolute justice to this CASE! It's really sad that in this country, justice is rarely served when the accused have all the riches and capacity to pay devil's advocate to thwart and defy reasons! I can only pray that GOD bring the Jimenez forth to lasting SHAME!

Newly-appointed Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera said Saturday that the police has a very strong case against a fishing magnate who has been charged with murder for the gruesome killing of a former actress' sister two years ago.
"It's very difficult to pinpoint the exact location of the drum... On the basis of what the police have gathered, merong malakas na ebidensya (there is a strong evidence)," Devanadera said in an interview over radio dzMM, referring to Manuel Montero, a suspect-turned-witness in the killing of Ruby Rose Jimenez, sister of former actress Rochelle Barrameda.
Montero told police that Jimenez was strangled to death and then her body was placed inside a rectangular steel case filled with cement.
The steel case was loaded into a ship with the use of a forklift and then dumped into the seawaters of Navotas.
The suspect's confession led to the recovery of the body of Jimenez, who went missing in March 2007 while on her way to visit her two children, whose custody has been given by the court to her husband, Manuel "Third" Jimenez III.
Based on Montero's confession, police on Thursday filed murder charges against fishing magnate Lope Jimenez and his brother, lawyer Manuel Jimenez II before the Department of Justice (DOJ). Also charged with murder were Eric Fernandez, Spike Discalzo, Roberto Ponce alias Abet, Rudy de la Cruz and Montero.
Jimenez II, the father or Ruby Rose's estranged husband, has denied involvement in the murder. He claimed he has become estranged from his brother (the fishing magnate) a long time ago.
Devanadera said the Jimenez's are being "presumed innocent, until proven otherwise," but she believes it would be hard for them to break Montero's testimony.
She said the suspects, including the fishing magnate and his brother, have all been included in the Bureau of Immigration's "watchlist."
She said the DOJ has included the Ruby Rose murder case as one of the "very important cases" filed with the department.
Devanadera, meanwhile, denied that she has stopped the National Bureau of Investigation from investigating the case. She said the NBI has been given a supporting role in the investigation.
More bodies
The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO), the lead law enforcement unit handling the case, said Friday that Montero has admitted that their group was also responsible in several other Mafia-style killings.
Chief Superintendent Roberto Rosales, NCRPO chief, said Montero is guiding them in the recovery of the bodies, also stuffed in drums and encases in cement.
“We received reports that the group are behind other killings so we are validating them. Our witness is helping us in pinpointing the exact location of the bodies,” said Rosales, noting that majority of the supposed victims are business rivals of shipping magnate Lope Jimenez.
Rosales said that after the discovery of Ruby Rose’s body, prominent families have contacted him, claiming Jimenez and his group may have something to do with the killing of their next of kin.
“We are uncovering more killings allegedly authored by the same suspects. I’m asking these relatives to come to my office so we could discuss the cases,” he said.
I would like to point out, to
I would like to point out, to the state witness, that he have in his hand a very strong lawsuit against, the lawyers of the Jimenez...This lawyer cameout and declared and clearly stated, that Mr. Montero was a thief (Magnanakaw),If Mr.Montero, does not have any conviction from any courts in the Philippines for Theft, then that statement, that was made by the lawyers of the Jimenez, is a very clear case of character assasination, negligent inflictions of emotional distress, Defamation of character.... Mr.Montero should not let this kind of violation and infringment of his rights to a due process,He should not let this bullies intimidate him,he should at least get somekind of monetary restitution, Mr. Montero, should not let this arrogant bastards and their clients to get-away with their styrong-arm tacgtics...Akala sicuro ng manhga Jimenez at lawyers nila na sila ang kinatatakutan sa pinas...like what the saying goes...GO PICK SOMEONE , YOUR OWN SIZE----MALILIIT NA TAO LANG ANG KAYA NYO...and to that lawyer, pls. refrain from comingout with idiotic and moronic statement,Be a lawyer, and make your statement in a court of law, cause the court of public opinion, has already convicted your client...2 words my man...."Mitigating Circumstances" look that up, study it, put it in your pipe and smoke it !!!! cause if i am the prosecutor, you wont even be able make anykind of sound and logical argument....

Though all the evidence are
Though all the evidence are pointing to the Jimenez, i still suspect, that this animals will get away, Our country and its leaders are the only ones who can declare onbe innocence or guilt...We may pretend to have a system, but we all witness in the past, that even a Rapist could get-away, a man, who premeditated on killing 3 people, and succeeded, and was convicted was sent to a vacation house, then freed...It takes money and power, to free yourself from all the evil deeds you have committed, and the Jimenez has all that...And as we all know, Sec. Devenadera is not knew to all of this, heck lets just ask NANI PEREZ....so no worries JIMENEZ Family ,all you need to do is just wait for this media hype to die down have $3million (dollars), and your free as a bird---It is fun to be rich in the Philippines...
