MANILA -  Lagro Elementary School (LES) in Quezon City on Tuesday suspended classes for ten days due to two confirmed cases of influenza A (H1N1), ABS-CBN News has confirmed.

Teresita Domalanta, Department of Education-National Capital Region director, confirmed the report.

LES Parent-Teacher Association president Atty. Renato Galimba, who is also the barangay chairman of Greater Lagro, also said that two students of the school have tested positive of the illness.

The two patients are brothers, and the patients are reported to have another sibling who is studying in De La Salle University (DLSU), Domalanta said.
