Police arrested Wednesday two suspects in the murder of a prostitute whose body was found floating in waters off Bacoor, Cavite.

After receiving a tip, police arrested Edward Dominguez and Leonie Cordova for the murder of the still unidentified pick-up girl who was strangled, punched and then wrapped in a mattress before being dumped into the Bacoor coastal shore.

The two suspects denied killing the prostitute, saying they were only given orders by a certain Arnel Cuazon to dump the body. They said Cuazon killed the girl after arguing over the price of her services.

Police said Cuazon is a known drug addict who has a pending murder case in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
