MANILA, Philippines (1st UPDATE) - A woman died after falling from the 6th floor of the Shangri-la Plaza mall in Mandaluyong City on Thursday.

A radio dzMM report said the woman was a dentist named Dr. Mary Anne Magtoto.

Reports said Magtoto landed on the 2nd floor of the establishment at around 3:50 p.m.

Mandaluyong City Police Chief, Senior Superintendent Carlos de Sagun said Magtoto was brought to the Medical City but was declared dead on arrival at around 4:20 p.m.

De Sagun said police have notified Magtoto’s family about the incident.

Police have yet to determine if the woman jumped off or was pushed from the 6th floor.
