MANILA, Philippines – Fire hit the Philippine Postal Savings Bank at Liwasang Bonifacio in Manila Thursday evening.

Authorities said the fire broke out around 10 p.m. and reached 4th level alarm.

Fire was seen from the 4th floor of the building, but authorities said the establishment was empty when the fire struck.

The cause of the fire is still being determined.
