MANILA, Philippines -  The lifeless body of a University of Makati student who allegedly died during hazing rites was found dumped in a ravine in Laguna.

Authorities found EJ Carl Intia's body near a 30-foot cliff near a highway in Santa Maria town.

EJ Carl Intia had a fractured skull and bore bruises and wounds, a sign that Intia had suffered from paddling during initiation rites.

The Makati Police has confirmed that the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) fraternity was behind the hazing.

Meanwhile, Oscar Intia, the victim's father, is challenging Vice-President Jejomar Binay to bring justice to his son's death especially since Binay is a member of the APO fraternity.
