15 local flights cancelled due to ‘Mina’
MANILA, Philippines - Airport officials announced Saturday the cancellation of 15 domestic flights between Manila and areas affected by Typhoon "Mina."
Air Philippines, Cebu Pacific, Seair and Zest Air have cancelled flights to and from Tuguegarao, Masbate, Busuanga, Laoag and Basco.

According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), typhoon Mina made landfall in Gonzaga, Cagayan province at 7:55 a.m. Saturday.
Signal Number 4 remains hoisted over northern Cagayan, Calayan, and the Babuyan Group of Islands.
Signal Number 3 is up over Isabela, the rest of Cagayan and Batanes Group of Islands.
Signal Number 2 is up over northern Aurora , Quirino, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Kalinga and Apayao while the rest of Aurora, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Abra are under signal number 1.
