Eight-vehicle smashup slows Balintawak traffic
MANILA - Traffic near EDSA Balintawak remains heavy as of 11:40 a.m. due to an eight-vehicle smashup near Oliveros compound Tuesday morning, the Metro Manila Development Authority said.
Greg Camacho of the MMDA Metrobase said the smashup involved four buses, two cars, a taxi and an SUV. There were no reported casualties in the incident, Camacho said.
Camacho said traffic on E. Rodriguez Avenue going to Mabuhay Rotonda in Quezon City is also heavy due to a car collision near the Quezon City Sports Club. radio dzMM
