MANILA, Philippines (UPDATE) – A sealed letter addressed to President Aquino from a still unidentified person was left in front of the tomb of his parents, Ninoy and Corazon Aquino.

Lamberto Peña, manager of the Manila Memorial Park, said the cemetery's security guard noticed the letter at around 8 a.m. today.

Aquino's sister, Viel Aquino-Dee, arrived at her parents' tombs at around 1:40 p.m. with her family. Aquino-Dee reportedly decided to visit her parents ahead of her siblings due to a scheduled trip. – report from Alex Calda, dzMM
