Motorists return to Manila after long weekend
MANILA, Philippines – Many motorists began returning to Metro Manila on Sunday after spending the All Saints’ Day break in the provinces.
Dispatchers in various bus terminals said they are gearing up the whole day for the influx of passengers, who are returning to Manila from Bicol and the Visayas regions.
There is also a long line of taxis at the Araneta Center bus terminal as passengers have already started arriving from the provinces.
The management of the Cubao terminal said all buses from Bicol are fully booked
The North and South Luzon Expressways, meanwhile, are also preparing for heavy traffic later this afternoon.
