Fire guts 2 houses in Marikina

MANILA - Fire razed two houses in a compound in Barangay Concepcion Uno in Marikina early Thursday.
Initial reports said the fire started at the Bolivar family home at 1 a.m. and quickly spread to the adjoining house. Helen Bolivar said the fire started after the lights went out inside their house.
Authorities said faulty wiring may have caused the fire.
