Chinese businessman abducted in Sulu

Jolo Mayor Hussin Amin and police confirmed that a Chinese businessman has been abducted in the capital town of Sulu province Monday late afternoon.
Amin said 60-year-old Tionghin Que, whose family reportedly owns a chain of bakery, grocery and eatery firms near the Jolo port area, was taken by a group of armed men while on his way home to Kakuyagan Village in Jolo.
Police said that a Tamaraw-type passenger vehicle reportedly used in the abduction was recovered in Barangay Tagbak in Indanan town.
