CABADBARAN CITY, Agusan del Norte -  An escapee from the Davao Penal Colony was arrested by elements of 133rd Regional Public Safety Mobile Battalion (RPSBM) in Purok-1, Baragay Bay-ang, Cabadbaran City Sunday noon.
 
Authorities identified the escapee as Joel Baliber y Morada alias "Joy", 34, married, jobless and a resident of Cabadbaran City.
 
Morada was brought to the 133rd RPSMB headquarters in Poblacion 2, Santiago, Agusan del Norte for documentation before being turned over to police officials.
